POSITION / OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
- The A&P Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, preserving, maintaining, and overhauling aircraft, aircraft systems, and components in accordance with company policies, FAA regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- All work is performed in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and procedures to ensure airworthiness and safety standards are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance in accordance with approved procedures and technical data.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft systems and components.
- Accurately document and sign off on work performed.
- Utilize maintenance manuals, schematics, and blueprints during all tasks.
- Perform touch-up painting within the assigned work scope as needed.
- Maintain A&P license in current standing and on person while working.
- Support experimental or developmental work as assigned.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
