About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated A&P Mechanic to join our team in Cody, Wyoming, where your workday ends with mountain views and world-class outdoor access. This position offers a mix of hands-on maintenance, operational support, and the chance to work in one of the most scenic aviation environments in the country.
We are an FAA-certificated Part 145 Repair Station, operating under the standards of the Federal Aviation Administration, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and powerplants
- Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate corrective actions
- Complete logbook entries and maintenance documentation in compliance with Part 43
- Support aircraft readiness and operational schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required)
- Strong working knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Experience with piston aircraft (turbine experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Part 141 and 135 operations or similar environments
- Familiarity with aircraft such as Cirrus, Beech, Cessna 172/182/206 or similar platforms
